An update on progress. I had a descriptor of Aibrush, London. Managed to track down they were processed through transactworld, contacted support and refunded 48hrs later.

Hi. I have some news. Xpate contacted me and said they would refund all of my deposits if I withdrew my chargebacks. According to them, they want to avoid damaging their chargeback ratio. I'm not sure whether that's a good idea. Could my bank charge me a fee or have a problem with me if I withdraw the chargebacks and then Xpate doesn't refund me? Has anyone been in a similar situation?
