On our side, as a payment processor, we have taken all the necessary actions ensuring compliance with our regulators and internal policies.
Our decision
Based on the outcome of our investigation, we have decided not to uphold your complaint. We are unable to refund the disputed transactions, as they were successfully processed through Skrill in accordance with the payment instructions provided at the time, and Skrill has fulfilled its role as a payment processor.
We have not identified an error on Skrill’s part that would require reimbursement from Skrill’s own funds. Any concerns regarding the merchant’s conduct, including how its services are presented or delivered, should be pursued directly with the merchant or the relevant authorities.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with our decision, you also have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge. Please note that you would need to do so within 6 months of receiving this email, otherwise we will be unable to consent to the Financial Ombudsman Service reviewing your complaint.
