As far as I’m aware yes. To be honest I just kicked up a fuss when I raised 500+ payments for the same reason across 20 different merchants. They told me to piss off but for some reason a couple managed to stick. It wouldn’t work again to be honest, I’ve still got 20 odd payments that haven’t been refunded from them. Yes I believe trvrers is the same

Do let me know how you get on with the other merchants, it’s probably worth me raising disputes for 1 payment for each merchant to test the automatic refunds

I requested it, but they take their time, ofc. I don't care about the DSAR, i care about my money.


I don't get it how many people here were saying coinpacto refunds are handled by walletto. I contacted walletto at their complaints email, filled a form and their reply was "Following our internal review, we were unable to identify the transaction in question within our system. Therefore, our payment infrastructure was not involved in the processing of this transaction."


The exact merchant name is "Coinpactico" located in Warszawa. Walletto doesn't seem to care about my responding emails to check the transactions again. I'm very thankful for any help.

Was the merchant also "coinpactico"? What was the date?


When i scroll up, i see others complaining about walletto not refunding aswell. I keep emailing them to review the transaction again, but they're ignoring me now. What else can I do?
