Yes. I got this back and never replied since. I asked Elegro to email them and Elegro said …(see photo)
doesn’t make sense because after emailing Elegro and VELOBET in October 2025 I received refunds from peak gear appa descriptor 3 separate days and add up to just over £1k

Yes it must have been. All transactions with Nikotpf at the beginning are Elegro.
so I emailed Elegro and VELOBET originally and that’s when I recieved refunds.
i later found peak gear email and emailed them about the remaining but there not budging. So iv reported them.
they are also registered with companies house in the UK so waiting on their reply too

Did it take you a while with velobet? I put in a complaint towards the end of last year and they were just sending me the generic rubbish. I’m tempted to revisit it. I’m currently looking into Rolletto which is one of the sister sites.
