My initial email was 5th of april (Sunday), they replied on 6th asking for info and then again on 6th saying they’d look into it and on 7th they confirmed they’d refund me and it came into my account early hours of 9th! And that sounds promising about rndrdream thank you 🙂

I just said to them can you confirm these transactions are related to your website I haven’t received any goods from this site and I am looking for this money to be refunded, they just asked for masked pan and email and proof of transactions and that was it really they said they found the transactions and would refund
