How did you get a refund, I had what appeared as bank transfers for them and I have been in conversation with them numerous times and they just keep saying these are my wallets when there not. I have like 900 pounds to them. Can you help me with what you did and said.

Hi does anyone have any knowledge on chargebacks .


I have chargebacks in 3 different banks.


one- visa - took 30 days the merchant didn’t reply was refunded,


one - Mastercard- took 45 days merchant didn’t reply was refunded,


final Mastercard- 45 days I phoned. The merchant hasn’t replied / responded to the chargeback. However they are telling me that they give them 130 days to respond and then Mastercard make the decision after that? They said that’s Mastercard rules?


I really don’t understand this as my other Mastercard they only gave them 45 days to respond?

What’s the best way to approach the bank to start a chargeback process

im with NatWest and really dubious as to how they will react to me submitting chargebacks - is it best to just call them and say they’re gambling transactions but say I haven’t received the service due to failed withdrawals and them Being unlicensed? Any advice or thought I’m just thinking if I say service not received I hadn’t got a clue who WORDID are so I wouldn’t even know what to say I’ve bought - there are 60 transactions so can’t just say it’s a one off purchase! Any advice appreciated

What happened with your Santander chargebacks? How long did they take from the day they were raised? I was initially told 45 days and it's now apparently 130 days! I can't find any information about this so called 130 days anywhere. Mastercard have no information that indicate this nor does anywhere else online.

They replied saying they are investigating but that’s it, nothing since.
