Hi, can anyone offer any advice, if i can't find the merchant at all, and I want to dispute transactions, under services not received, how can I attach evidence I've contacted them or tried to purchase anything, its requesting to attach any evidence.

If you are being honest and telling the bank its gambling transactions just email the casino and use this as the evidence and explain that you cannot find any contact details for merchant

I was with my first bank Chase, who rejected these due to Mastercard and any connection with gambling, so with this second bank I was going to go as goods /services not received.
