So i withdraw 950$,then on the second day (01.31.2025) another 950$ . after few days i login to see that all the amount was back into my game balance,without notice or e-mail about it. I contacted chat support,and they sayd that the game provider have to "review" my game winning sesion,to see if it was fair paymant.Yes u read right...i say this is a big joke, its like the provider will say that : " there is no way that game could pay 3k" 🙂)lol.(If u wonder what game was that,it was THE HAND ANUBIS, Hacksaw provider) So im asking what to do next,and they say that until they finish that "review" i canot withdraw nothing,and it lasts minimum 2 weeks or more. But in the meantime i can always deposit more,unlimited 🙂). Verification went realy Quick, but be aware. When u use bonus on deposit, u have to manualy activate bonus and The fs recived. În case that u do t activate them, and managed to win something, if u withdraw money, your bonus and The fs are Take away. Incredibile, i never saw a casino that takes away éven the fs given acording to The amount you deposited. The withdraw Last ages, and The support team are verry untrained, they canot see/do nothing..
