I can't complete the kyc, since 6 months they Always find some ridicilous excuse to reject it I've submited 10 times different pictures about crypto wallet and proof of address, I also asked support on how to take them so they approve it. And the funny thing is I did the exact same things what support said and they still rejected it like 5 times. This is some joke casino and I can't even take my money even support disappeared these past few weeks they only have ai assistant ön their Site. Do not play here if you don't wanna have a mental breakdown. Also I knows they technically can ask for ID, Proof of Address, Proof of income, but they are simply just wasting Time here on purpose. I will file a complaint maybe that will help my cause and finally after 6 months I can get my money and some peace.
