Let me tell you what I did I put myself on a time out for 6 months, and I can tell you this I didn't miss it at all and I was spending a good $200.00 a day, it's like going to church and you can't smoke it don't bother you, I didn't save any money cuz I stop working so hard.
Everyone has their own way of dealing with things. Gambling is quite demanding if the player is addicted to it or is becoming addicted.
However, there is always a way out, even if it is sometimes more difficult; it is quite individual. If this is what helped you, then in my opinion, you are one of the few people who can say, "I'm not going to gamble," and really mean it.

Don't get me wrong I still gamble but I definitely know I ain't addicted to it, there is four things that people get addicted to drinking, drugs, gambling, and smoking and I don't have any, I used to smoke now I can taste anything I eat lol.
Yes, I think I understand. It's definitely good that you have it under control. I was thinking more about the fact that if you can say you won't gamble and stick to it, that's something that isn't easy for most people, I think.🙂
