I think not radka look what the casino has done to me i was self excluded from 30bet and qbet both of their sites for 5 years and they reopened opened my account before the exclusion period was over. They are refusing my refund no where in the policy is states a excluded account can be reopened this has greatly affected my mental health and depression which I am now going to the doctors about on Monday in the email they say they have nothing to do with qbet however live chat they tell you email qbet what do you think of this radka file

More importantly: Once more, I suggest you stay away from gambling sites and come back only to update the complaint. Also, please stop spamming the complaint; it won't help, and you may end up being banned instead.

Try to avoid anything related to gambling. You can't get immediate support here, other than my advice.

Yes we understand what you are saying about the sister sites however could you explain why self excluded accounts are being reopened it specifically states in the casino terms and conditions self excluded accounts cannot be reopened until the self excluded period has passed then it will be re opened. No where does it state a self excluded account can be reopened. How can a casino not follow their own terms and conditions self exclusion is their for a reason. I've never come across any casino that reopens self excluded accounts it seems that it's a way to target vulnerable people instead of safe guarding them what a shame you live and you learn that was the final straw for me.

Absolutely shocking even in the live chat they say self excluded account cannot be reopened however they reopened mine 4 years 11 months early.

I didn't have a self exclusion email I self excluded for 5 years through the manual option in the responsible gaming section of my account which I've informed Veronica you can see in the emails and chats I've forwarded my account was self excluded for 5 years and they acknowledge this however didn't adhere to their terms and conditions. And reopened my account one month after I self excluded for 5 years 🙃😅

To be transparent here, the complaint usually relies on what the player can prove, as asking the casino to provide evidence of its own possible failure has not been effective in the past. Given the circumstances, I do not dare to guess what is about to come. I, however, understand the mechanism you described; I just have no idea how we can use that now.

In the emails I have forwarded to veronika you can see that my account was self excluded and I even sent the email showing this to yourselves and the email of the my account being reopened. After my self exclusion request.

I would like to just clarify the whole situation then I'll leave it to the complaint about 30bet I requested a 5 year exclusion from the 30bet self excluded option on their Web page i also self excluded for 5 years on qbet sister site which is irrelevant as you said however in 30 bet terms and conditions it states a self excluded account can not be reopened no where does it state a customer can put in a request to reopen a self excluded account as a gambling operator due to my 5 year self exclusion they should have declined my request to reopen as I was struggling and would never have requested a 5 year exclusion otherwise what Is what the purpose of self exclusion is about however after 3 weeks of my self exclusion my account was reopened by them which I think is not right at all I think many other people would agree they have previous complaints from other. Customers about this it hasn't just been me.

Yes but no where in the terms and conditions does it state a self excluded customer can re open their account by putting in a request to the casino it defies the whole reason of self exclusion

That's agood point, and I believe I said a few things that also change the perspective. You see, it always depends on the concrete situation and dialogue between the payer and casino; such situations usually happen within a context.

So, since I have only information from you, I won't compare or judge.

I understand the information and evidence I have provided in my complaint about 30bet are indeed factual. However let's see what the casino has to I am waiting on their response In my complaint hopefully this will get resolved soon.
