Radka thank you so much for your response and yes they re opened my account during a 5 year self exclusion i am a gambling addict I don't know whether this was done by mistake or on purpose from their end but I was self excluded for 5 years on both their sites qbet and 30bet however qbet didn't allow me to reopen and said no 30bet reopened causing my relapse and depositing all the money I have to my name they should have prevented they have a duty of care to customers especially ones who have chosen a 5 year self exclusion it's hadn't even been a month I hope they sort this and return my deposits i am really struggling now.

No it was not automatically reopened I requested a 5 year exclusion last month in December from qbet and 30bet because im a gambling addict and find it hard to not gamble so I self excluded for 5 years I did ask them to reopen and they did however as I am a gambling addict they should have never allowed the account to be reopened that's the whole point of self exclusion we're the casino should step In and say no we are not re opening like qbet did to me they said no we are not re opening you need to take a longer break I feel like ive been violated here honestly im so scared and vulnerable right now I haven't been out of my room since Thursday I feel like they triggered me by allowing my account to be reopened no casino should allow you to re open before the 5 years exclusion period they should safe guard their customers and say no that's the right thing to do their is duty of care on the operator to not open the account until the exclusion period is done

Im and addict i have illness the only example i can give is if I said to my local bookie I have a gambling addiction and I self exclude for 5 years when I go and try and gamble they wouldn't allow me to under any circumstances that's what the 5 year exclusion is their for we are addict once we make a operator aware of our addiction by self excluding they should say no to us entering not enable us by reopening the account before the self exclusion is done it defies the whole point of self exclusion it's not like I took the option to take a break I self excluded for 5 years

I am radka however all my money is gone i have nothing left at all I haven't eaten and I am so scared my account should never have been reopened before the end of the 5 year exclusion period ive been seriously let down and feel like ive been taken advantage of i really need 30bet to correct this and refund my money based on the circumstances and what happened I was doing so well
