Sadly, it is exactly how this casino has been handling players withdrawals. Please, do not expect logical explanation or improvment. As far as I can say, the casino pays out yet withdrawals have been extremely delayed. Feel free to read this thread and also the official one 👈, but it is not pleasant reading at all.

My colleagues have been trying to reach out to every affiliate or casino co-worker willing to participate in resolving all the complaints. I wish I could add something more positive.

Only thing you need to do with Legiano and their sister casinos is wait — they usually pay out eventually. Worst case, they might ask for verification.

Hello, yes I have seen quite a few similar cases myself. Most of the time it takes them about two weeks to pay off a player. For some people it is quite a lot especially when they wait for a week and then the casino asks for documents and it stretches even longer. Anyway, who knows how to be patient, I believe that as long as one hasn't broken anything, gets the money.

Yeah, I’ve dealt with a few Soft2Bet casinos like Legiano and a couple others. In all my experiences, they do pay out—just sometimes takes a bit longer than you’d hope. Longest I’ve waited was about a month, and that was without them asking for any extra docs. Usually it’s quicker, but yeah, patience is key with them. As frustrating as the wait can be, I’ve never had them not pay in the end.

Yes most players describe the same problems. I believe that anger comes when you wait for a long time and there is no extra reason for it. But it's always better to get the money later than never, I guess that would be my motto. 

Whether I would continue to play in such a casino I would probably change my mind a lot.

I think as long as everything is in order, withdrawals are delivered fairly quickly and customer support is friendly and helpful, that's something that I think would be definitely needed in a casino.

Το θέμα όμως είναι ότι ποτέ δεν έκανα επαλήθευση λογαριασμού και δεν έκανα ανάληψη, αν ήταν έτσι θα το καταλάβαινα αλλά δεν είναι έτσι, τέλος πάντων, όσο μου δίνουν τα κέρδη μου αυτό είναι, αυτό που δεν μπορούν να μου κάνουν είναι αυτό, αφού περιμένουν πάνω από 1 μήνα μου το κάνουν αυτό, όταν οι ίδιοι είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα και αν υπάρχει κάποιο λάθος διορθώνεται όπως είπαν.

Και έχω πολλά στιγμιότυπα οθόνης των υποσχέσεών σας και ποτέ, μα ποτέ δεν έστειλα την ταυτότητά μου ή τα τραπεζικά μου στοιχεία εκτός από αυτόν τον λογαριασμό…

Οπότε αν θέλουν να το κλείσουν, δεν με νοιάζει, αλλά θέλω τα κέρδη μου.

Επανέλαβαν περίπου 10 φορές ότι τα χρήματά μου θα έφταναν 100%, ακόμη και στις 9 Απριλίου όταν δήλωσαν ότι τα χρήματά μου έπρεπε να είναι ήδη στον λογαριασμό μου και όπως αναμενόταν άλλο ένα ψέμα, τώρα η Legiano μου λέει ότι δεν θα μου δώσουν τον λογαριασμό επειδή ο λογαριασμός μου είναι κλειστός και μερικές από τις ζωντανές συνομιλίες τους μου λένε ότι τον ζήτησα εγώ! Γελάω για να μην κλάψω, αλλά έτσι είναι, αυτό το καζίνο είναι απάτη, φίλε μου. Μπορείς ακόμη και να δεις τα στιγμιότυπα οθόνης και τα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία μου σε άλλα θέματα σχετικά με αυτό το θέμα όπου αντιφάσκουν και μπορείς να δεις το ψέμα που λένε.
