I have been waiting for the game history for the proof, I have this now so if Jokaroom do not return the money in the next 2 days I will submit a claim with the information.

The bank have previously retrieved funds for me on a similar case I had against TWO UP casino, which have now been shut down in Australia.

The government are really cracking down on this type of activity and complaints can be lodged online.

Hi all I am going in circles I am stuck when you deposit money which I have deposited when you win they must let you withdrawal but instead they close/ disabled the account.They just like you to deposit. And your winnings disappear.

I am thinking to myself now I have deposited over 3k won over 9k that’s why the ratio of deposits to win is less. Big loss for them.

In a desperate situation, there is always a solution:

https://mychargeback.com/ - This company is doing a chargeback. If it is less than 90 days from the transaction happened then you can contact them and explain to them what happened - they are doing chargebacks in cases that casino doesn't have a license or in case of lousy regulator license, (Joka Room Case) 

Keep this as a last resort - you can submit your case there and ask about the possibilities, and in case that casino will not cooperate use chargeback. But beware - chargebacks are generally forbidden in casinos - so if you do a chargeback, you should not play anymore with this company (group), or they might not pay you in the future.

never had any issues prior at any other casino! The issues begun in March 2020 when I gave them a chance!

I deleted the info, because there was mentioned some nickname from Telegram. When I searched for more info about it, it looked very suspicious. Always the same story "guys, I was very desperate, until I found a hero on Telegram and he saved all the money for me, because he hacked them..." I wouldn't trust it.

Anyway, I can imagine that it must be frustrating when you win so much money and the casino doesn't communicate with you.

Hey,

just wanted to know if you sorted your issue with them out? I have a similar problem with them. Back in June I won $10,000 went to withdraw it & made sure 100% I put in my bank account details come to find out after a week I hadn’t received my money that they had deposited it into a different account & are now trying to say that was the account I requested it to be sent too. I have emails telling them that wasn’t my account as when they asked for a bank statement they replied saying the bank statement didn’t match the account I requested the withdrawal for. Every time I contacted them in regards to this they kept insisting it was sent to the account I requested (not mine but an account I have no idea where they got it from) then keep saying finance is investigating. I raised a complaint with Casino Guru & we haven’t had a reply from JokaRoom for the last 2 weeks to which now Casino Guru is going to close the complaint as JokaRoom aren’t replying. The only thing I regret is not getting screen shots of the live chat conversation I had a couple of days after I made the withdrawal as like you I know they altered live chat conversations because in there transcript they sent to Casino Guru of a conversation between "me" & them had a bank statement with no name or any form of proof that account was mine that I 100000% know was never sent by me. Now they’re ignoring my complaints & emails.

77 days of open complaint Joka room is not responding and my $9935 has gone. And as of today I see Joka room casino is closed.

They’ve finally replied to my complaint on Casino Guru after two weeks of no response only to ask for more time to complete there "evidence" I’m getting 2 different versions of where my winnings were deposited. They insisted it was put in an account I have no connection too, never approved but somehow they’re saying I put in the bsb & account #s 🤔🤦🏽‍♀️ Then a couple days ago I get an email saying the fund were deposited into MY account. I sent them my bank statements which shows no funds were received so I’ll be interested to see what evidence they come up with next.

Also I don’t understand why it says JokaRoom is closed as I’m still able to access it but I can’t access the other site they also manage- Johnny Kash? That’s interesting & seems a bit dodgy?
