This is a scam site 100% surely Casino Guru has contacts with all the game providers such as Pragmatic etc. They need to get out there and tell them this is a scam fraudulent site. Trustpilot reviews are still available but Tenobet has closed their account as from yesterday with them. How on earth have they got away with this and setting up Applepay Visa Mastercard transactions. Do the game providers not do checks on these casinos? Do the payment providers not do their checks? I know I have lost my money but this site needs to be stopped. How have they got away with scamming hundreds of people and no one is doing anything to stop this! It gives all the non GameStop sites a bad name and if anyone of those legitimate casinos read this please advise what we can do to STOP this surely it’s damaging your reputation. They have scammed thousands of people and are still doing it but no one seems to care these game providers should be held accountable for having their products on a fraudulent website. To me they are just as guilty for not doing their checks

I didn’t lose. I won and they closed my account. If you look at the threads on the complaints you will see. I suggest you read that before you post on here. If I lost that would not be an issue. When I put in the request for the withdrawal they closed my account saying at my request which was not true. I won the money fair and square and they did say they were refunding 500 euros. However, subsequently they have blocked my emails and they are not going to pay me. There are hundreds of reviews on Trustpilot saying the same. This sham of a casino is fraudulent and do not know what they are doing. I read the terms and conditions about the bonus rules and understood them and I fully adhered to them. I would not post if I just lost money it’s called gambling! They are a rogue site and should be stopped it’s giving other casinos a bad name. How on earth all the game providers let them have their products on the site is beyond me and to be honest they should be held responsible too. I know I will not see that money but something has to be done. Katarina @ Casino Guru is looking into my complaint however they will not respond I’ve seen other complaints about them where is is flagged unresolved. Surely Casino Guru has contacts who can stop other people being scammed. Yes in hindsight should have read the reviews so a lesson learnt. Tenobet has now closed their account with Trustpilot so no one else can write any reviews. They are getting away with this an no one can stop them

At least their safety index will drop if they don't respond to your complaint. I know that it won't help you get your money, but it will help others to know that they need to stay away.

When it comes to the game providers, I really have no answer for what you wrote because I don't work there. You can always contact them directly, though.

And unfortunately, no, we don't have such a power to bring anyone down, as we are just an informative site and work as mediators. We try to help players as much as possible every time.

I’m currently experiencing problems with tenobet they were in constant contact via email once I tried to withdraw money did what they asked sent docs but the last one which is proof of address they have now stopped emailing back I’m currently trying to withdraw €500 so I’m a bit unsure what to do or where to go from here I’ve seen some people have emailed every day so perhaps I go down that route ?

I’ve spoken to support today but every reply is from a different agent I’ve had about 7 different names reply my document for proof of address has been pending for about 3 days now and I’ve been told to be patient because of holidays etc yet they have verified everything other document within a day haha so read into that what you will.. slightly concerned but I suppose if support are responding still that’s a little positive what do you think is the likely outcome ?

It’s still operating and yes that is the address. You will not get your money I’m afraid the same as everyone else who has requested a withdrawal. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks they are a scam and a money laundering operation. Read the reviews on Trustpilot

No one can shut them down as they don’t have a license and they can’t be touched. I blame the game providers such a Pragmatic etc as they should have done their due diligence and they are party to this outrageous fraud and scam

You can file your complaint here at any time. Our complaint team will be able to intervene after the 14-day timeframe, as mentioned before, though.

When filing your complaint, please make sure you submit it for the right casino, please. If you are unable to find it on the list, please choose any casino there and explain to our complaint team to which casino the complaint really belongs to.

The 14-day time period starts from the day of your withdrawal request, actually.
