Hello,


I have placed two bets on Crazy Time A with Boomerang Casino. O Each Bonus Game i have placed 500 USD. Total bet value 2000 USD. Spin Result 50X Pachinko. I have seen the big Winning Sign of 25k but this profit was never credited on my players account. Since 10days im sending messages, screenshots ect without any progress.


I have a confirmed bet ID, but they are stating no win without any proof. They have deducted my bet amount but not helping in showing me my exact bet and the spin result.


I have played with large amounts and they are not helping at all and sending me confusing answers and excel files with stating nothing but bet id, amount and win 0.


any recommendations? How can i claim my winning?

I'd say you did a good thing by going here and submitting the complaint. You can also try to reach the game provider to help you out. Provide the ID and let them check it out.

They dont. They just texting no win found despite the fact that my bet was confirmed. They are now checking since more than 10days.


bottom line: 2 confirmed bets, twice deducted on my account, but they are not confirming the outcome of that two specific bets! not a trustful behavior

They don't? I checked your complaint to find more details, and I also find screenshots showing the game history. I suspect you got it earlier.

This is the place to find it.

Allow me to say the casino has probably reached out to the game provider - this is the most usual step - sadly, it requires some time, and the casino is probably waiting for the resume. If I may speculate a bit. 🤔

I really dont know whats going on. 27k profit disappeared since June 24. Where are the rules, regulations, observations etc! Not mentioning support, which not existing!

Sadly, we have to wait for the casino to respond. Without direct answers, we can only speculate, and I would personally vote for no wild guesses because I have no clue where I should begin...

So after more than one month i got an answer: connection issue on my side. Which is simply wrong and a fraud!

i have checked. There are many players being screwed this way!

someone has to take this up and help. If you lose you lose, and if you win they decide if you lose!


@casinoguru: its not something new or a new phenomenon - its just a huge manipulation and needs to be brought on the table and court!!

I'm just asking myself, how could anyone prove the casino is lying about that?

Do you have any idea?

You know, without supporting proof there is usually no case at all. So, how could you for instance prove there was no issue with the quality of your connection back then?

More importantly, has the casino or game provider supported their statements by some measures or values, perhaps?

I don't think the casino can detect this, but the provider can see connection data on their end (most likely). However, still, it's surprising that any loss or win experienced after placing a bet is stretched out to such an extent from the user's perspective. A brief explanation, compensating the bet amount, and providing detailed information about the game would be beneficial for both the casino and the provider.

Dear Community:

Still no answer from the casino! Clear evidence and obvious facts have been ignored so far.


And to further proof how fraudulent this casino is, they closed my account today without noticing and reason. And there is still a balance on it!

answer from my vip manager: I just received an update, your account has been closed due to the decision of the administration of our casino.

I find this yesterday's info in the complaint:

"The explanation we received from Evolution was sent to the provided email address."

I suspect it is not over yet, I would not say this is a sign of ignorance. Does the account closure have something to do with the statement provided by Evolution? That remains to be seen.

I'm eager to see further progress.

Greetings to the community! October 21st - my complaint is still not solved neither has boomerang provided any sufficient data! Of course they can‘t, since they fraudulent took my winnings! The funny thing: they are not even able to send a correct email to the casino guru team. Shame on me, thinking they doing it by purpose! 😉


@Radka: have you ever experienced something like this?

when I look back, I wish I would have been cheated by another criminal organisation or just robbed on the street. I would have gone to the police - end of the story! I wouldn‘t have spend my time arguing with an authority which is protecting them and any other parties, trying to protect players! If there is a law/license whatever, why are players becoming victims!
