We did that together. After that they said I had to send my documents again for verification. They say they don’t look at the documents before you verify email and phone number. Then she told me I had change my withdrawal from 4000 to 4 times 1000. Did all that and now I’m waiting again.

I spoke to a real person in the chat for sure! I still don’t believe in a good ending. But we will see!

Εξακολουθούν να στέλνουν διαφημιστικά μηνύματα και προσφορές μπόνους. Πραγματικά δεν καταλαβαίνω πώς λειτουργούν αυτοί οι απατεώνες και γιατί οι τράπεζες και οι εταιρείες μεταφοράς χρημάτων το επιτρέπουν αυτό... πόσο μάλλον οι πάροχοι παιχνιδιών.

Θα πρέπει πιθανώς να παίζετε μόνο σε παιχνίδια που έχουν άδεια Μάλτας.

I'm very sorry to hear that. I thought you would wait and if it wasn't resolved, you would file a complaint with us. So why did you decide to lose the money in the end? I saw that the player wrote here that he managed to get his money, so I think that even if there was a delay, it could be resolved. 

Basically, the casino won without anything happening, so you either get your money or they should face some kind of penalty if they don't pay you. 

That's why I always recommend not playing and submitting a complaint instead.😕
