Κέρδισα 1000euro και ενώ εχω ξανα κάνει ανάληψη πιο μικρά ποσα δεν είχα πρόβλημα 3 χρονια τώρα μου κλείδωσαν το λογαριασμό και λένε ότι δεν τηρώ τους όρους

Σε αυτήν την εταιρεία πρέπει να έχω ανοίξει πάνω από 20 λογαριασμούς με διαφορετικά μέιλ ! Ένα μπουρδελο κανονικό

May I just ask what the reason is for doing so? In most casinos, it is against the rules to open multiple accounts.🤷♀️

Διαφορετικά μέιλ αλλά με τις ίδιες κάρτες ! Έχω χάσει τεράστια ποσα ! Λέτε να ανοίξω παράπονο μήπως πάρω κανιά αποζημίωση;

We believe that all casinos should have software implemented that will automatically block players from creating multiple accounts. It is not easy, though, to have it in every casino because of the different information that a player needs to provide when registering.

Αυτη τη στιγμή που μιλαμε η casinoin έχει στον λογαριασμό μου 4000 ευρω που προσπαθεί να μην μου τα δώσει, εχει σταματήσει της εντολές για αναληψη και μου απαντάει οτι αυτη τη στιγμή μια ξεχωριστή ομάδα κοιτάει τον λογαριασμό μου, εγω σιγουρα αυτο που καταλαβαίνω ειναι οτι προσπαθει να μην μου τα δώσει, ειχα και εγω αλλον λογαριασμό αλλα τον ειχα κλείσει οριστικά, και μετά ξανα εκανα αλλον , λετε να προσπαθήσει να μην με πληρώσει λογο αυτού?

I won 4000 euro and I tried to make withdrawal 2000 euro as is the max every 24 hours , they never did the withdrawal and when I asked them why they said that there is a specialist team that checking my withdrawal, usually they pay in 30 minutes but this time passed 36 hours and they canceled my withdrawal 2 times with out answering me why or what they check to my account
P.s i had a friend with the same issue on same casino few months before , they never paid him his withdrawal, they will avoid it no matter what
