Anyone run into issues using Cashoomo? (σελίδα 8)

First of all there are no real human support agents that you can talk to for Cashoomo, it's all AI. I have sent emails and used their chat feature in the app and I'm always assured that a ticket is created and that a real person will get back to me in 24 hours but I get the same AI-generated email every single time.

It took me forever to get verified because, again, no real support. And then I finally got verified and submitted my redemption over 3 weeks ago. At first I was told that redemptions take up to 3 business days and then 10 business days and now it's been over 15 business days and I get an AI message that they have a high volume of redemptions. Reading between the lines, I think they ran out of funds and aren't processing redemptions.

Do not spend money or time on this app, worst one of my life.

It definitely shouldn't take this long. I can see that you went through verification as well, and that took quite some time too.

On top of that, if you've already been waiting more than two weeks for your withdrawal, that's the amount of time we give casinos to pay a player. So I would definitely recommend opening a complaint with us.
