At the end of the day most legal and regulated casinos allow withdrawals in the same way a customer deposits. If they can't do it you need to ask yourself why?... My tip for everyone is to READ THE Ts and Cs before playing ANY casino.
If you do/did read Basswins Terms and Conditions, About Us , Contact Us etc you'll see that most of the information is either Bulls**t or Illegal.
One more thing is if the guy from customer service or Live Chat or Telephone Call ( All the same guy btw) doesn't like the question he will deflect it and say something irrelevant just to keep them from paying up.

Well, I don't know if I would completely agree here. Of course, what you describe is how most casinos work, so you should be able to make a withdrawal the way you deposit. But I've encountered many cases where the same option to withdraw was not available, but the players got the money normally. You should always ask beforehand about such things if it's possible if you prefer it because it doesn't have to be like that everywhere. But the tip about reading Terms and Conditions, at least the important parts, I certainly commend. From the player's side you can at least prevent unpleasant situations.

So lucky after the 36 hours I have been paid my withdrawal, still technically pending shows up on my bank but just waiting for it to clear.
I was lucky to win another 200 euros today which I am trying to withdraw.
they rejected my first attempts saying that they want a copy of my bank statement which I think is weird.
I have done all the verification so I don't know why they need this.
2nd attempted is still pending for now.
I signed up to gam stop a year ago and stupidly put a 5 year exception.
Bass win looked legit so I thought why not.
I only have deposited 2 x 20quid and was lucky to win 250 euro and today 200 euro but it seems like they just don't want to pay but keep ringing me telling me to deposit more.
my response is I wont deposit until I have received my withdraw.
the loops I've had to jump through is ridiculous but I want my winning which is what is owed.
they have taken my money and they should paid what is owed.

I'd say it's good news that you got the money. I see you're waiting for the next withdrawal now, so hopefully it will be just as successful. If the casino has asked you for some kind of bank document, I would probably cooperate, because additional verification can happen at any time. It's nothing that couldn't happen elsewhere. So if the document is in order, you're good to go without further trouble.

Hi All,
Has anyone actually had back to back successful withdrawals?
I won a good amount 14k in total, ( its their own fault for delaying me ) I would have stopped at 2k but have won a lot more out of boredom and the sheet disbelief that they'll actually pay me at this stage.
I am fully KYC verified with them.
My first withdrawal for the measly 400 euros was rejected, followed by an email about my balance having went up to fast so they're evoking the right to check with the game partners to ensure no rules were broken ... I didn't even accept any bonuses this was all my legit deposit to winnings, a couple of bonuses, and some live table wins later ...
Anyway, I want to get excited about this.. but feel like i'm going to be jumping through hoops for days/weeks.. they say it can take up to 30 days for the 'balance' checks to pass. But usually much faster.. then im going to need to withdraw every 2-3 days 400 euros for the next 2 and a half months to see my winnings, as long as they play ball..

Have you been plagued with other casino spam texts since joining? I must of got 100 in less than a week before 02 filtered them. It's worth reading the reviews on Trust pilot, but you might get it.

I receive around 20 to 30 spam links on a daily basis. How did you get your phone company to filter them please?.
I always read reviews on trust pilot as I am a registered reviewer on there. This is why I'm doing an investigation into basswins. The Gambling Commission and EGBA are involved too

Did you know its against the law for them to hold any winnings. The law states a customer has the right to withdraw ALL winnings in one attempt without restrictions.
A lot of casinos have a minimum withdrawal limit for example a customer can't withdraw winnings less than £100 per say. By not allowing you to withdraw your total winnings they are breaking the law. So if you're in the UK they're breaking the law if they are in Europe they are breaking European law.
Please be aware this site has admitted to operating without a valid licence.
You can read their terms and conditions if you like but they're invalid as they operate illegally. It states in Ts and Cs they've been operating since 1st of January 2017 when in reality only been operating since April 2024

I'm on 02 and when they kept coming and I was blocking them they sent a message saying they would filter and block similar messages automatically. That's not to say I still don't get the occasional one but not when I first signed up, yes like you said about 20 a day. I even think the unscrupulous Instagram have banned them as I haven't seen their ads for a while but they will just start up under a different name. I didn't deposit because it said free spins for signing up and when I woke up to the fact they were scammers left it

Another way these scammers catch you out is when they send you a link to their scam site they will send an additional link on how to stop these messages. They ask for you to type in your number and when you hit submit you get a 404 error every time so you can't unsubscribe at all. I intend to go on these scam sites and speak to live chat and threaten to hack their site if they don't stop which sometimes work

Just got half of one just now but got blocked 🙄 Your number has probably been sold to every unscrupulous online casino on the internet by now and boy is there a lot of them. I'm trying one more deposit at a new casino I found if it stinks that's my lot and probably be the best decision I will have ever made if I was being honest with myself. Look for sites that don't have withdrawal limits. Also look for licence information such as a number which can be traced.

The only casinos are UK licensed ones Curacao licences and any others don't mean zilch not on the internet. I even found sites like Betfred Virgin and others to be suspicious in the gaming patterns which is why I went 5yrs gamstop. Hey. I hope that you will be able to get your winnings as soon as they finish the checks with the provider. It is nothing unusual, actually, to do these kind of additional checks when it comes to higher ammounts.

I've been using this site for a couple of months and have had no problem with withdrawal. You have to have a Mastercard which you can obtain online. Had my £340 out of £400 within 24hrs. I find the staff professional and helpful. Will let you know if anything changes. Also I was able to verify with my provisional license so bit concerned why they don't allow a full driving license for verification.

Are you from the UK mate? If you are they're breaking the law alowing you to play and even if they advertise in the UK they're breaking the law as they don't have a licence. They're unlicensed unregulated. I've had it straight from the Gambling Commission that they're investigating this criminal website. I saw something on another well known review site a guy won 14k but they refusing to pay out because of a clause in their terms and conditions. The reason they gave for not paying was... " A sudden increase in the balance". The still haven't paid out but they've deleted this clause from the terms and conditions 😆. And even if the guy gets to keep.the money the have an illegal withdrawal limit of €400 a day. It will take them 7 weeks to withdraw it all? By law he could smash it out in one go

Yes I'm from the UK. I checked T&Cs and I couldn't see anywhere on there stating the UK was not allowed to join. I've read a lot of reviews all stating problem with withdrawal so maybe I've just been lucky. I have to say as I find and I haven't had a problem yet but not depositing with them again just in case.
