I wouldn't pay attention to their Ts and Cs mate there are so many discrepancies on there it's funny. For example they state they've been operating since 1st January 2017. If you read the " About Us' section it says they've been known on the industry for a decade. You don't have to be Einstein to work out the issue there lol. The truth is they've only been in operation 4 months since April 2024. If you check on any search engine there's no trace of them before that. I confronted them about that and they just said forget any information that's not on our site it's faulty information.

I said but why are you contradicting your own terms and conditions on another part of your site. I'm still waiting for an answer on that one. Haha

Hi Guys. I played in this casino. Jack and Beanstalk.... played before and did not noticed everything. But today the red Jack&beans signs disappeared and changed to other king of symbol after 1-2 second. Winnings not added to the balance. I have 5 video of proof. Support said everything was fine, but you can clearly see on the videos (wild,symbol,wild) then system error message...

Not sure if what's going on but I will never play with them again. Scamartists. I lost a lot, it is not about the money. If they would say sorry we had technical problem I would be happy with it. But they straight away denied everything even I send them video. 🙁

Hey, I'm so sorry that something like that happened. Did you try to contact the game provider, what could have happened? I would say that the casino might be interested in it and investigate it to find out if there really was a technical error. 

I was going to advise you to file a complaint with us, but I'm not sure where you would go with it and how it would turn out. But if you are interested you can try and see what our team would say.

I got up to around 4000, and started to withdraw had one rejected for technical issues then three successful withdrawals. It is nothing unusual to check the game play with the game provider, to tell you the truth.

I had a pending withdrawal from my previous winnings which I was waiting on, they have rejected this and stated that they need to check with the provider for gaming activity. It’s a little annoying as it takes a while to withdraw at the best of times. My withdrawal was rejected yesterday, had one email stating 72 hours and another stating 30 days. All winnings are sat in my balance. Bass win don’t take it off balance until it is processed so that is not unusual

I believe that if they need to check with the game provider they should not cancel your withdrawal, though, but only keep it as pending and inform you about the whole process.
