I’ve finished the wagering on a bonus, but my winnings are still showing as locked and I can’t withdraw them. Am I missing an extra step, or is there usually a delay after completing the bonus? Anyone else run into this before?

Hi, at which casino did this happen to you? What bonus did you take? Did you try asking in live chat why this situation arose if you fulfilled all the conditions for the bonus to be credited to your real money?

It happened at 1Win Casino. I did contact live chat, but they said it was a technical issue and nothing further was done, even though all the bonus conditions were met.

If it was a technical issue, then your money should have been transferred to real money? How did you proceed further?

I thought the same. I followed up with support again, but they said the issue couldn’t be reversed and closed it as a technical error, so I eventually just dropped it.
