So I got a $10 free chip no deposit bonus. After meeting the playthrough I was up to $1200 when without warning or a message of any kind the 1200 was gone. Has this happened to anyone else.

Yes, exactly. My player history shows I applied to withdraw but I didn't. I haven't even submitted the proper identification to withdraw or deposit, I was playing on a free chip to check it out . Missing $1200~. Thank you for responding. I will file a complaint

I like the idea withdrawals are kind of a safety measure though. Batter to withdraw then lose the ballance - 100% true.

Yes it's happened to me also, after wagering the bonus it left me with $100 and I had $600 to begin with.

Hi, that's a slightly different situation, you were probably left with what you could have won from the bonus. Have you checked if there is a maximum cashout? I would assume that's what happened in this case.
