Thank you, I've registered a complaint and it is being handled.
I've tried responding on the email thread (as they requested) and I've also tried sending new emails to support, but it's no use. When I first wrote an email on March 14th I got an automatic reply right away, confirming that they had received my request. When I tried sending a new email to [email protected] there wasn't even an auto reply, and I'm thinking that's not a positive sign.
