Their rules specify a 90-day period only for deposit verification. In my case, I had an issue with SumSub not accepting a photo of my utility bill. I asked them to help me with this. After my request, they said my account was being sent for manual verification, which would take 72 hours, which is normal. Then another operator started talking about the 90-day period, and I don't understand why it's that long. I don't think the verification will be completed before 90 days, especially since it's just an excuse to make the client forget about their funds.

thanks for the description. Perhaps the other operator wasn't truly aware of the current events, including the Sumsub manual check; hence, he used what he knows from the general rules. Most commonly, those 90-day checks are associated with a thorough gaming history check in direct collaboration with the game provider, just as Romi mentioned. It could not be needed under such circumstances; I guess the casino should tell you specifically.
I guess there is a fair chance that the manual document check moves things forward a bit.
