you already have an active complaint against this casino, which is exactly where your case is being handled. Until it’s concluded, it makes no sense to attack Casino Guru for "not knowing what happened", that’s precisely what the complaint process is for.

We can’t fairly publish or comment on accusations while the case is ongoing. Once the complaint is resolved, everyone will be able to see the outcome.

I understand you may be frustrated, but repeating the same claims here doesn’t make the process faster or clearer. Please give it a chance to play out before jumping to conclusions.

Let’s focus on facts for now, the speculation part can wait until we actually have results.

I actually have experience dealing with this Casino. I have played, used support, tried to verify and withdraw and ultimately self excluded a had to make a complaint here. As far as I can tell the only speculation that is happening is on Casino Gurus side. The Casino Reviewer speculated on the reliability of this casino with a rating I disagree with. You have speculated I’ve come to wrong conclusions about this casino even though you have zero experience using this casino.

I understand what you’re saying, but please don’t twist the context. The "speculation" I referred to is not about whether you’ve played or had an issue, of course, it’s about drawing broad conclusions about Casino Guru, its team, and its ratings before your own complaint is even reviewed.

So again, please allow the process to continue and stop trying to reframe this discussion. Otherwise, it’s just repeating the same pattern that keeps derailing every thread you join.

I actually could care less if you continue the discussion or if anyone else replies. I just want there to be a record of issues with Wyns (Rated 8.5 High) from the inception. There are no positive reviews or comments from players. The only thing that is positive is the Rating Casino Guru has given them. I’ve made a complaint and it will be closed because I apparently didn’t do enough to harass Wyns into closing my account. Time for a Trust Pilot review of Casino Guru. I’ll be as positive as I can.

Rejected complaint against Wyns. Worthless waste of time interacting with Casino Guru. Wyns is an absolute joke of a casino. Good luck getting paid everyone. Hope my comments aren’t removed by the time Casino Guru has no choice but to lower unsubstantiated rating. No curt response needed from Casino Guru.

I believe the situation is understandable, although I can see why you disagree with the ending. Maybe it would be best not to focus on getting a refund but to stay away from casinos. It was not about being paid the winnings but about getting a refund; is that so?

"Sadly, our point of view is that we are unable to ask for a refund on your behalf if you only asked for self-exclusion once, even if the reason given was that you struggled with gambling issues. If you don't receive feedback on a self-exclusion request, our recommendation is to pursue the issue further, like you did eventually on November 2nd via live chat."

"The player from Nova Scotia requested a refund of $320 after losing control and depositing funds at Wyns Casino, despite having submitted an email for account closure due to responsible gambling issues. He felt that the casino had not followed its own procedures for closure and had denied his refund request. I know it sounds like we don't care, but we believe direct cooperation with the casino is partly the players' responsibility too.

Well, to be completely honest with you, if a complaint is not found justified, like it was not in your case, we have no way of lowering any index. Makes sense to lower the Safety score if the casino acts unfairly. Sadly, in your case, it was explained that a refund is not in order.

You trustpilot review was not blocked; we instead sent the Trustpilot diligence team our point of view and they agreed that your review is not based on a fair description but rather on frustration.

I understand you are addicted, but we are not responsible for your condition. I already asked you to stop playing in casinos.

I do not understand your pain, but I respect your frustration.
