I have gambling problems and I’m losing my money I want to shut down the account immediately and yes I’ve tried before to put a different password and this fix nothing it’s my right to close it and I can’t so can you do this for me?

Περιμένω από τις 2 Μαΐου. Ζήτησα συνολικά 1500. Το πρώτο αίτημα ήταν στις 02/05. Κέρδισα συνολικά 27500€. Μου είχαν ήδη δοθεί έπαθλα στο παρελθόν, οπότε ο λογαριασμός μου επαληθεύτηκε. Δεν μου έχουν ζητήσει κανένα επιπλέον έγγραφο μέχρι στιγμής. Έχω ήδη επικοινωνήσει με την συνομιλία και την υποστήριξη πελατών και μου δίνουν μόνο αόριστες απαντήσεις "ότι η κατάσταση βρίσκεται υπό ανάλυση" και όταν ρωτάω τι αναλύουν, μου απαντούν ότι όταν ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία θα λάβω ένα email.

Χρειάζομαι βοήθεια. Τι πρέπει να κάνω;

It seems to me that the casino might be conducting an investigation since you won a fairly large amount of money.

I would probably submit a complaint with us and wait for the casino to give you a response. Our team would ask you a few questions in the meantime, and once we have all the necessary information, we would contact the casino if you haven’t managed to get a response from them.
