So I won 1200 euro in wildrobin casino. It’s been 3 weeks and these scammers have not even paid me 1 euro. They asked me to verify my account (of course never asked me to verify when I did hundreds of deposits but immediately asked me to verify my account on my first withdraw). I’ve sent everything they need but the verification is pending for more than a week. Their support is keep saying the same bullshit excuses and they don’t reply on the emails. I can provide screenshots if anyone needs. This casino is definitely a scam. Beware

They say it’s because of a high number of payment requests. Luckily, I received my first €500 yesterday — now I just hope the rest will come soon. But I honestly find it ridiculous that it’s taking almost two weeks, especially since I still have a large amount sitting in my casino account.

It's quite a lot I would say but we'll see if the selection will speed up now or if it will take the same again. 

Anyway, the important thing is that you have already received some money and I believe that more money will come without any problems.

Γεια σας, έχω μια ερώτηση. Πριν από 12 ημέρες ζήτησα 10.000 CZK και μέχρι στιγμής τίποτα. Πριν από περίπου μισό χρόνο ζήτησα ανάληψη και έφτασε σε περίπου 4 ημέρες. Ξέρετε ποιο είναι το πρόβλημα; 😕

Γεια σας, δυστυχώς μπορεί να υπάρχουν πολλοί λόγοι και καταλαβαίνω ότι μια τέτοια καθυστέρηση θα κάνει κάποιον να νιώθει άβολα. Από την άλλη πλευρά, δεν θα ήθελα να κάνω εικασίες με κανένα κόστος. Θα προτιμούσα να ρωτήσω τι έχει να πει η υποστήριξη του καζίνο για αυτήν την κατάσταση; Νομίζω ότι δεν θα βρούμε κάποιον καλύτερο πιο κοντά στην πηγή των πληροφοριών.

Δεν ξέρω αν αυτό θα βοηθήσει, αλλά μερικοί παίκτες έχουν αναφέρει αργή υποστήριξη και αργές αναλήψεις. Προσωπικά, έχουν περάσει 12 ημέρες σε έναν λογαριασμό που κάνει πολλές αναλήψεις τελευταία, οπότε θα με ενδιέφερε πολύ να ακούσω τι έχει να πει η υποστήριξη σχετικά με αυτό.

Δυστυχώς, είναι αρκετά σαφές ότι όσα έγραψαν άλλοι παίκτες, τουλάχιστον σχετικά με την ταχύτητα των αναλήψεων, είναι απολύτως αληθινά. Νομίζω ότι το παράπονο είναι σίγουρα εύλογο και το καζίνο πραγματικά δεν αντέχει τέτοιες αντιδράσεις.

Καταλαβαίνω ότι πρόκειται για μια διττή κατάσταση, αλλά από την άποψή μου, τώρα θα είναι θέμα έρευνας και διαπραγμάτευσης.
