Hello, I have a problem on September 17 I won two sports bets on whale.io. I bet on the champions league. The total win is 130 ton(700€)After the matches I wanted to log in to the site but it was not possible because there was some error, so I took screenshots and contacted the support. They informed me that there is a problem now and that I have to wait. The next day the site was already working but there was no money won or betting history. I reported the case to the support and after two weeks they closed the case. I kindly ask for help.

I requested a withdrawal of 45,000 JAMBO tokens from Whale.io on April 9th, 2025. The support team admitted there was a technical issue and told me I would receive the payment soon, but it has now been over a week and nothing has been processed.


Each time I reach out, support takes several days to reply, gives no real solution, and then closes the ticket without resolving anything. I am starting to seriously doubt their intentions.


I have screenshots of our conversations and proof of my withdrawal request.

The app offers a lootbox service where they give us the option to withdraw our winnings or immediately resell them at market value, but that's not the case either.

I can't resell at the exact price or receive my tokensfilefilefile.

Hello, I want to warn all players: beware, these are crooks. They gave me VIP status because I wagered $9,000 in one week. They told me I was entitled to free bonuses every Friday, special bonuses. But then they added conditions after I won money from a bonus. They told me I had to wager an additional $5,000 every two weeks to qualify. This is unacceptable.
