What makes this situation confusing is that Vox Casino has repeatedly informed me that Casino Guru is their only ADR option and that no other ADR is available.
However, my complaint on Casino Guru was already closed, and the casino did not provide a public response within the complaint thread despite being invited and receiving deadline extensions.
I therefore started looking into other dispute resolution options, which is why I attempted to contact CADRE.
At this point, I am simply trying to determine what independent external avenue, if any, is available once the Casino Guru process has been exhausted
