That definitely shouldn’t work that way. If all of your money disappeared, including the €250 you should have been able to withdraw, and the casino hasn’t properly explained why, I would recommend submitting a complaint with us.

If the bonus had a maximum cashout of €250, then reducing the remaining balance and allowing you to withdraw those €250 would make much more sense to me. Of course, that is assuming you didn’t violate any other bonus terms.

So I’d suggest going through the complaint process and letting our team investigate the whole case, including what happened to the balance and what exactly the casino is relying on.
