Γεια, μπορείς να περιγράψεις λίγο περισσότερο την κατάσταση, σε παρακαλώ; Τι σου συνέβη στο καζίνο και γιατί σε μπλόκαραν και σου πήραν τα χρήματά σου;

I don't know why they did this; they just told me they reviewed my account, blocked it, and reduced my balance. I'm not sure when they deducted the 599 or what happened to the rest. I emailed support and haven't heard back yet. Also, I never accept bonuses anywhere.

No sé por qué hicieron eso; solo me informaron que revisaron mi cuenta, la bloquearon y redujeron mi saldo. No tengo claro cuándo me descontaron los 599 ni qué ocurrió con el resto. Escribí al soporte por correo electrónico y aún no recibo respuesta. Además, nunca acepto bonos en ningún sitio.

Deposite dinero real, jugué con dinero real, tengo mi comprobante de depósito, proporcione mis documentos para la verificación, gane, pedí retiro y me dijeron que mi código postal estaba mal que por eso no se procesaba mi retiro, pedí en soporte el cambio y lo hicieron, posteriormente pedí retiro, no lo procesaron decía que los fondos fueron regresados a mi cuenta, pero mi balance era cero, fui al chat que según ellos yo soy cliente vip y me pusieron un asesor, luego de estar en espera el chat se cerró vi que mi sesión de la cuenta igual, entre y me salía cuenta bloqueada, fui nuevamente al chat y me dijeron que era decisión administrativa que viole una política la cual pregunte que era y no me dijeron, me dijo que mi saldo se redujo, pregunte a cuanto y que donde estaba mi saldo, me dijeron que escribiera a soporte escribí y sigo sin respuesta no sé cuánto me quitaron, todo apunta que me robaron.
