We also don't agree with some situations, even if the casino has them in its Terms, and we don't think they're all fair. I don't want to keep going around in circles, and I think I've told you everything I needed to from my side. You received explanations from us regarding the complaint, reopening, and even here from me on the forum.

Hello,

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding a pending withdrawal at Vipsta Casino.

My withdrawal request has now been pending for four business days. I have contacted the casino’s support team several times, but I have only received general responses stating that my withdrawal is being processed and that delays may occur. So far, I have not been given any specific reason for the delay or any estimated timeframe for completion.

The withdrawal status remains unchanged and is still showing as pending/processing.

I would be grateful if you could advise me on whether this delay is considered normal and, if necessary, assist me in resolving the matter with the casino.

Hello there, welcome to the forum, though I guess inconveniences could be better. Well, I understand the withdrawal has been slower than expected, yet still the best action is patience. If that helps, I checked the forum and found no one else currently concerned about withdrawals at this specific casino. I suggest staying in touch here to, let's say, monitor how the casino proceeds further.
