Subject: Account blocked and withdrawal pending – no explanation provided

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint regarding my account.

My account at Vera&John Casino has been blocked, and I currently have a pending withdrawal of 150,000 HUF via Skrill.

The issue is that:

I did not receive any email notification about the block

No reason has been provided for the restriction

Customer support only states that my account is "under review"

They are unable to provide any timeframe

No verification documents have been requested so far

Additionally, when I try to log in, I receive a message that my account is blocked, while support claims it is only under review. This is contradictory and concerning.

I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any necessary verification documents, but I expect transparency and a clear explanation regarding my account status and withdrawal.

I kindly ask for:

A clear reason for the account restriction

Information about the status of my withdrawal

Instructions if any verification is required

Please tell us when exaxtly did you requested your withdrawal.

Have they informed you that the game provider has to check the game logs, by any chance?

This may be the reason they needed to block your account, actually.

I requested my withdrawal 3 days ago.


They did not inform me that the game provider needs to check the game logs. The only reason I was given for blocking my account is that my BoaBet account is not yet reactivated due to a previous self-exclusion.


I was not aware that the two casinos are connected.


Could you please clarify if there is also a game provider check ongoing, or if the restriction is only بسبب (due to) the self-exclusion issue?

Please check this with the support of the casino.

Also, it should be stated in the casino's terms that if you self-exclude in one casino from the same group as the other one you have played, it applies to both of the casinos.
