I have been awaiting my withdrawal for 48 hours already, I am getting worried if this website is a scam, has anyone managed to withdraw their winnings from this website in the past?

Can someone from their support department help me out here?

Hello, I think that if it's only 2 days we don't have to be skeptical right away. We give the casinos 14 days to sort it out.

Thanks. This is not my first withdrawal and they all were processes within hours, as they are crypto withdrawals they are instant and don't depend on bank delays etc.

The reason I am worried is that as I said, they usually process them in hours, not days.

limit of 5$ with the bonus. This information was conveniently hidden,

leading to a sense of deception and betrayal.

Beware of Vave—a place where winning comes with unexpected and unjust

As far as maximum bets are concerned, we have this view: "The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

On the other hand, we think that this rule should be enforced at software level, i.e., that the casino's software or website shouldn't let players place higher bets than the limit. This is one of our requirements for 'fair and safe casinos'.

If software enforcement is not possible, each case should be judged separately, so that only players who have broken the rule knowingly and systematically to gain an advantage are punished.

Additionally, the max bet sizes should be clearly displayed, ideally in the casino lobby or directly in the games (if possible) or on a prominent part of the page or advertisement informing them about the bonus, and not just "hidden" in the rules for bonus play."

I appreciate your prompt attention to my recent inquiry. Upon thorough review, I realized that there was no indication on the software regarding a maximum bet, nor was any limit clearly stated. I meticulously examined all my plays and can confirm that, with the exception of a bonus purchase with a $0.20 bet costing $20, all other wagers were below $5.

Given this information, I am hopeful that we can find a resolution that considers the absence of explicit betting limits in the software and the fact that my actions were unintentional.

The link seems not working

I signed up yesterday with VAVE and deposited £2400 of BTC to play. I opened a live chat at the same time asking regarding casino platform and then was informed VAVE does not support UK players.

My account got suspended but I still have £2400 of BTC in the casino .

how do I get my money back .

So my question is, since you have encountered this problem before, why don't you check which country is not restricted prior to going to the casino ?

Δημιούργησα ένα αίτημα ανάληψης και την επόμενη μέρα απέρριψαν την ανάληψη και μου ζήτησαν να στείλω μια επιστολή από άλλο email (κατακερματίστε και υποδείξτε το email από τον λογαριασμό του καζίνο). Έστειλα όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες την ίδια μέρα. Απόψε τους έγραψα ένα γράμμα από το email μου, με ερωτήσεις (Γιατί διαρκεί τόσο πολύ η επαλήθευση), στην οποία μου απάντησαν ότι πρέπει να στείλω hash από άλλο email. Δεν νομίζω ότι ελέγχει κανείς τίποτα. Ακόμα δεν έχω λάβει απάντηση. Η υποστήριξη ζητά πολύ συγγνώμη, αλλά δεν υπάρχει αποτέλεσμα. Νομίζω ότι αυτό είναι μια σκόπιμη καθυστέρηση. Μόλις δημιούργησαν έναν λογαριασμό για μένα από το email που τους έστειλα hash. Δεν καταλαβαίνω τι συμβαίνει.

Συνεχίζουν να παρακρατούν την πληρωμή μου.
