Χθες κάποιος από το Vulkan Vegas μου απάντησε εδώ στο φόρουμ ότι ελέγχει και προσπαθεί να επιταχύνει τα πράγματα από τότε, αλλά κανείς δεν κατάφερε, πήρα απάντηση στην απάντησή μου, δεν ξέρω κανένα άλλο καζίνο που χρειάζεται τόσο καιρό, όπως είπα είναι τώρα 9 μέρες και πάντα αναβάλλω. Αν ήταν περίπου 100-200€, δεν θα με πείραζε αρχικά, αλλά είναι περίπου 2.600€, που είναι πολλά λεφτά για μένα.

Και αν δεν τηρείτε καν τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις σας, το βρίσκω πολύ λυπηρό.

Επιπλέον, τα 2.600€ λήφθηκαν μόνο χθες από τον gaming λογαριασμό μου, κάτι που δεν ξέρω από άλλα καζίνο. Θα είχα τον πειρασμό να συνεχίσω να παίζω με τα χρήματά μου για σχεδόν 7 ημέρες, όπου είμαι της άποψης ότι αυτό ακριβώς θέλει να πετύχει το καζίνο με αυτό!

Certainly don't gamble with money although it can sometimes be hard to resist the temptation. 

However, the casino at least assured you that it's in the works, so I think it could be heading in the right direction. Some casinos won't even do that.

Τώρα κανείς δεν μπορεί πραγματικά να μου πει τίποτα από την υποστήριξη, απλώς λέει συνεχώς "δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε τίποτα εκτός από το να περιμένουμε γιατί η πληρωμή γίνεται μέσω εξωτερικού συνεργάτη". Αναρωτιέμαι λοιπόν τι σημαίνει αυτό; Περιμένω εβδομάδες τώρα; Ή μήνες; Ή τι σημαίνει αυτό; Έχει κανείς παρόμοια εμπειρία;
