I tried to look in the casino and it also throws up the currency you mentioned. They also confirmed on live chat that you can deposit in any currency but it will still show up as ZAR/Rands.

If you say you didn't make any deposit, could you show what bonus you played with with some screenshots? It would be good to see what the requirements were because in most cases the maximum cashout applies. Also live chat confirmed it again that no deposit bonuses are subject to this requirement, so obviously that's why you wouldn't be able to withdraw that much money. I also asked them if Spaniards can take the bonuses without any problems and they said yes. Do you also happen to have any conversation between you and the casino?
