I requested a self exclusion to the site on 6th May 2026 and my request was completely ignored.

I have proceeded to lose $3600 and have sent multiple emails since and have still been ignored.

There is no option to self exclude on the site and according to their T&Cs you have to email, my account remains closed and live support are little to no help, i can provide emails deposits and chat logs.

Your website wont let me make a direct complaint, for some reason i cant access their profile. Please can you assist with this?

I think self-exclusion should be taken seriously, and the casino definitely shouldn't ignore it. When you sent them emails, did you also try contacting them via live chat? Our team can certainly look into that.

I tried to reach out to them on live and they diverted me to their email department, i have since spoken to them again and got no help whats so ever.

Ive managed to raise a complaint on Casino Guru now, i had to use a VPN to find them and raise it.

WARNING- Guys please stay away from this casino. They delay your withdrawal for no reason and the worst part is that they wont even cancel your withdrawal so that you can play down to zero. I am waiting for over 9 days for my withdrawal. The live chat always gives you the same response - "It will be completed as soon as possible, and in order not to mislead you, we cannot share a clear time information. Thank you for your understanding."

They even refuse to cooperate with ADR.

I dont see the point in filing a complaint as they dont respond to anyone. Also, there are already unresolved complaints on Casino guru and there rating is still above 7.

Although you mentioned that you looked at the complaints, I can actually see around five here. Two of them were rejected by our team, so there were no consequences for the casino. One was resolved, so again, the casino didn’t receive any penalty, and two are still in progress.

So the fact that a casino has, or has had, five complaints doesn’t automatically mean that it should have a low rating. There is a process that determines whether the casino’s rating is lowered.

Of course, if you open a complaint and our team concludes that you’re in the right and that the casino treated you unfairly, or that we’re otherwise on your side, and the casino then fails to resolve the situation, it can receive black points and its Safety Index can be reduced. Those are the consequences for the casino.

If they don’t respond and, as I already mentioned, our team is on your side, then at least it’s good that there will always be some player experiences available for others to see.

When someone else comes along in the future, they’ll be able to see how the casino handled different cases. Sometimes, even if a casino doesn’t handle complaints at all, it’s still useful to open a complaint because it can lower the casino’s Safety Index further and help warn future players.

Of course, not everyone will avoid a casino just because they see a Safety Index of 1, but I think that in most cases, players would be much more cautious if they saw such a low rating.
