I requested a self exclusion to the site on 6th May 2026 and my request was completely ignored.


I have proceeded to lose $3600 and have sent multiple emails since and have still been ignored.


There is no option to self exclude on the site and according to their T&Cs you have to email, my account remains closed and live support are little to no help, i can provide emails deposits and chat logs.


Your website wont let me make a direct complaint, for some reason i cant access their profile. Please can you assist with this?

I think self-exclusion should be taken seriously, and the casino definitely shouldn't ignore it. When you sent them emails, did you also try contacting them via live chat? Our team can certainly look into that.

As for the complaint, the problem is that you can't find the casino, right?

Hello,

I tried to reach out to them on live and they diverted me to their email department, i have since spoken to them again and got no help whats so ever.


Ive managed to raise a complaint on Casino Guru now, i had to use a VPN to find them and raise it.

I'm glad you managed to submit a complaint, and now it's just a matter of time if you can't get a proper response from the casino. 

Hopefully, it will get resolved.
