Yes, I apologize. I was looking at a casino from another country, and it showed a different limit there. In any case, I wanted to recommend the complaint you already filed.

What I meant by that limit is that if a casino sets a limit for VIPs or something similar, it doesn’t mean we’ll immediately update the review. But if they set a lower one, then of course something might change if it’s not in their Terms and Conditions, depending on how they apply it to players.

im level 12 on their vip system i think , ( i have some bigger monthly limits but i cant cash out more than 500 per day )

i have deposited there around 500 euros and have cashed out about 2000 euros, (i was lucky i did a good money wager thats why my vip level go up fast) however their low cash out limit, made me lose more winnings i once lost 1000 on my winings and the other time i lost around 1200 just because i had my winnings looking at me and i couldnt cash them out cause of limits, i said lets play a bit what will happen? the result is i lost a big part of my winnings.

cash out can be speed up only if you talk with your vip manager but only for your 1st cash out i had pending 3x500 he speed it up only the one .

It is true that the limits are too low and the average time to complete cash outs is big.

But according to their levels, you only get a vip manager at level 16. So misleading. I am concerned this casino, aside from having misleading and false advertisements, also may have financial issues.

its a decent casino in my opinion ,(always talking about curacao and comoros licensed casinos the lowest security level)

just don't fall in their trap , i did the mistake twice,

if you win you have to wait don't bet even 1$ ,

its typical in casinos like this, they have low limits of cash outs and very long processing times to fall in their trap and play your winnings back.

Fortuna NV has more casinos then advertised on Casino Guru. They also advertise 2250$ per day but they actually respect that limit. This casino, run by the KYC department (support doesnt answer emails) says they reserve the right to change withdrawal limits however they choose. Sounds beyond unethical. But I agree, they set this as a trap, and I wont fall into it.

If the terms state that the daily withdrawal limit is 2,250 or any other amount, but in reality that’s not the case and the casino adjusts it however they see fit, we will definitely address this issue. It’s important to always mention this in your complaint, and the limit will be adjusted to the minimum amount the casinos allow.

Also weird. Fortuna NV is listed as owner of this casino, 7oasis, and allspins yet my VIP manager at 7oasis says they have nothing to do with Allspins... very, very strange and warrants looking into.

yes many times info on caisno guru are not accurate,

for example they have a comoros license but they dont show it in their site, live chat say lies they are licensed from curacauo and on email they give a general answer our site is licensed and no worries all good but they never give info of their number or license provider etc.

Also the only department that answers is kyc, their live chat support is even worse than bots they say only scripted answers,

for example i send an email when will i get paid? kyc answers and says in 2-3 days i contact my vip manager, he helps some times

however i will not visit this or similar casinos for a long period,

its frustrating if you hit a big win and you have to wait around 1-2 weeks to get 1000-2000 euros.

if you win something really good (i play mostly blackjack so my wins are limited to this point 500-2000 euros depnding my deposit and luck) if you hit some big win in slots lets say 5000-20000 euros you will need a miracle to get them😅, personally i cant trust their slots in my opinion there is a big chance to have clone slots with rtps around 80% or even less. (its just my personal belief )

i prefer greek licensed even if i pay tax in a good win.

Well, yes, because I noticed that the casinos you mentioned have Fortuna NV as their operator, not as the owner, and that’s probably why they say they have nothing to do with them.

You do have two high level VIP players telling you that the daily withdrawal amount is 500 euros/800 CAD, I think that warrants corrrecting the daily withdrawal limit so players are aware as most high level players would not play at a 500 per day casino

Certainly not. If the casino generally states a limit like the one you mentioned but then sets different limits for players, that should at least be noted in our review. And if they can give a player 500 per day, then that should be the minimum limit.

You put the daily amount of 2250$. It is false information. Not sure what else to say.

What their terms say:

Per transaction: max €500 / $750 CAD

Per day: max €1500 / $2250 CAD

Only one withdrawal per 24 hours

Only one pending withdrawal at a time

Why this doesn’t make logical sense

If:

You can only withdraw $750 per transaction

AND only one transaction per 24 hours

Then the true daily maximum = $750, not $2250.

So how would someone ever reach $2250 in a day?

They can’t under those rules, mathematically impossible! And casinos need to be called out for these ridiculous terms that mislead players.

i had 1500 in my account (euros) and i could request only one cashout of 500 euros max ,when max deposit is 1000 euros per day the 500 max cashout per day is ridiculous.

for instance you make a deposit you end with a balance 3x your deposit =3000 euros you will need around 2 -3 weeks to cash it out (if everything goes well typically they will accept 2 x500 per week)

Exactly. I am just waiting on my 800$ (48 hours for 800$ CAD!! is scary) and then I am done with them. I just feel strongly that Casino Guru needs to update the review and rating for credibility. I suspect this casino will be blacklisted in no time unless they do a total makeover.

they sent me excaclty the same email lol with 7500 limit
