Hi. I am extremely frustrated with Spin247. I made a withdrawal on the 18 November 2023 and I am STILL waiting! When I speak to them I get the same answer everytime 'they are experiencing a delay and are busy working on it' This is not the first time I have made a withdrawal either. Previously I experienced the same issue but I only waited for 2 weeks! I would like my money and I am fed up of waiting for it now.

As for your withdrawal, I can see what reason the casino gave you for it, but I think you've been waiting too long when you say it's been a month. However, when you made a withdrawal in the past and got your money after 2 weeks, did you have the same problem or was it something else ?
Anyway, I think lodging a complaint was a good move as we give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal. Let's see where our team gets to and I really hope that this situation can be resolved and you will get your money. If you have any update, let us know.
I get it, so I suppose that if you get your money for the second time, you'd better choose another casino for the next time, since such unpleasantness has been repeated.

well i had like 5 withrawals in the past wich went well...now the problem is that i made a withrawal on the 13th november till today on the 19th december(5 weeks) i did not recieve my winnings...when contact their live chat the consultant repeat a copy & paste saying ''they are having delays and i must rest assured i will recieve my funds''
Hi, I see that you have been waiting for your money for quite a long time and the casino keeps telling you the same thing over and over again, which is not helpful.
Did it tell you any other reason why the money has been stuck for 5 weeks ?

Hi, I would like any assistance in trying to claim my winnings from Spin247.
They closed my account with no notice as I was constantly attempting to withdraw my winnings. They say they don't have to give a reason why. I supplied all documents, which were verified. They had NO problem in taking my money to deposit though
Hello, didn't the casino even generally tell you why they closed your account? When you tried to withdraw money, were the withdrawals still rejected? Did you find out why or not even in this case? Did you play with any bonus?

Hi Jaro, thanks for reaching out. I do appreciate it. The casino did in the beginning request documents from me which they accepted and verified. They told me withdrawal would take 3 to 5 days. After 5 days I stared questioning as to why still showing pending. They did not reply and I kept asking. They then abruptly closed my account. I emailed and asked why and without reason, they could not give a valid reason. Stating in their T&C's that they could do this at their sole discretion.
I did not play with bonus or free coins. It was my own money that I deposited.
Well, I see the casino didn't tell you anything relevant, which is a pity. I see that you managed to verify anyway, so I find it quite strange that they just closed your account.

Η ζωντανή συνομιλία καταλήγει πάντα να διαρκεί λίγο περισσότερο, αλλά δεν μπορώ να πω πόσο χρόνο θα πάρει. Προφανώς και άλλοι είχαν το ίδιο πρόβλημα.

Hmm, I see they already have a warning that they are not answering us. So I hope it will discourage other players to play there. Until then, it was not known that they would not cooperate with us, and until you have experience from other players, it could not be done much differently. But if players continue to file complaints even though the casino does not write them off, or us, then their safety index will be lower.
