I did file a complaint. I just gave up. I’m not giving up here. I just filled a complaint here on SlotBunny. We all need to do that.

I would like to update that Slotbunny must of seen my reviews because they responded via Trust Pilot and just sent me my withdrawal!!!!!! I have further closed my account with them and never ever looking back !!!! I want to thank everyone in this platform for the support and kindness thru this process!!!!! Good luck everyone!!!

Hello 👋 I just went through and read through these messages. So I am trying to get back $3,750 dollars that I won fair and square. Ive been given the exact same run around as Rosiekash209. They are giving me the same excuses are are avoiding paying me. Ive reached out by email several times and no response. They actually disabled online chat on my end so ow I can't even speak to customer service. I have left reviews on Trustpilot, LCB, and a couple others but nothing has happened yet. It's only been a week since submitting my withdrawal but from what I've read on here and Trustpilot, it looks like they are doing this so may others and its not looking good for me. Some said they've been waiting months! Im not sure what to do seeing how Im unable to contact them and have any way to communicate with them. LCB is currently trying to reach out to them but no luck yet. If anyone can help me or has advice for me, please 🙏 let me know.

I’m so sorry they got you too. Been waiting a month for $2000, and still continually get the same stupid reasons on chat. They have never answered 1 email. I’m not sure how they get away with doing this to so many people. They have no problem taking our money. A complete scam. All we can do is keep trying.

Απενεργοποίησαν την online συνομιλία από την πλευρά μου, οπότε δεν μπορώ καν να μιλήσω με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Έχω αφήσει κριτικές στο Trustpilot, το LCB και σε μερικά άλλα, αλλά δεν έχει συμβεί τίποτα ακόμα. Έχει περάσει μόνο μια εβδομάδα από την υποβολή της ανάληψής μου, αλλά από όσα έχω διαβάσει εδώ και στο Trustpilot, φαίνεται ότι το κάνουν αυτό, οπότε μπορεί να το κάνουν και άλλοι και δεν μου φαίνεται καλό. Κάποιοι είπαν ότι περίμεναν μήνες! Δεν είμαι σίγουρος τι να κάνω βλέποντας πώς δεν μπορώ να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους και να έχω οποιονδήποτε τρόπο να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους. Το LCB προσπαθεί αυτή τη στιγμή να επικοινωνήσει μαζί τους, αλλά δεν τα κατάφερε ακόμα. Αν κάποιος μπορεί να με βοηθήσει ή έχει συμβουλές για μένα, παρακαλώ 🙏 ενημερώστε με.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you've had the same experience as other players. To be honest, all we can do is wait; there's probably nothing else we can do in this case. If LCB is handling your case, I'm curious to see if the casino will cooperate and get back to you. That's probably the most important thing. Definitely don't gamble with the money, and I'd be happy if you got it back. But I don't know how it will turn out. I'd like to know if you have any news.

Ive deposited there so many times and for them to do this is a slap in the face. How are they running a casino and taking people deposits but can't pay them out when they win? Δεν έχει δοθεί καμία απάντηση από την LCB σχετικά με την υπόθεσή μου. Πιθανότατα ούτε αυτοί θα τους απαντήσουν γνωρίζοντας τη φήμη τους μέχρι στιγμής. Απλώς δεν καταλαβαίνω πώς μπορούν ακόμα να λειτουργούν όταν χρωστούν κέρδη σε άλλους. Δεν ενεργούν δίκαια και είναι ανέντιμοι.

Yes, it shouldn't be like this, and I understand your anger; I would feel the same way. I hope the casino responds and that you can resolve this together.
However, what I would recommend is that if you say you're broke, it's not a good idea to play at the casino because it could get you into an even more problematic situation.
