Thank you for your response.
I understand that the issue may have occurred on the side of a third-party payment provider. However, this does not change the responsibility of RoyalSea toward the player.
1. I sent 1,270 USDT to the exact wallet address displayed in the deposit section of my RoyalSea account. I have a screen recording proving that this address was provided to me by the casino.
2. The blockchain confirms that the transaction was successful and that the wallet received exactly 1,270 USDT. The blockchain also shows that the funds were subsequently transferred out of that wallet.
3. I used the correct wallet address, the correct cryptocurrency and the correct TRC20 network. Therefore, there was no mistake on my side.
4. If the deposit was not correctly linked to my account because of an error made by RoyalSea’s payment provider, this is an internal issue between RoyalSea and its provider. The player should not bear the financial loss caused by a provider selected and used by the casino.
5. RoyalSea should manually credit the 1,270 USDT to my account or return the full amount to the original sending address, and then resolve the technical and financial issue directly with its payment provider.
The fact that the payment did not appear in RoyalSea’s internal system does not mean that the payment was not received. The public blockchain proves that the funds reached the wallet address provided by RoyalSea and were later moved from that address.
I have already submitted a formal complaint and can provide the blockchain evidence, transaction hash, screenshots, screen recording and the complete correspondence with RoyalSea support.
