My question is do I have a right and is it possible? And I’m sure it is which I found so bizarre that I voluntarily want to step down from a VIP diamond to a platinum but it no I can’t I feel like I’m serving time in the prison. Just annoyed how how many times I’ve asked for statements and to down grade my VIP status because there are no perks very clearly states that each VIP has the same perks as the last one and they won’t let me downgrade because you have to reach a certain amount of $10,000 just to get the benefits in the perks of a VIP diamond which I am not the highest one I’ve asked to step down to the platinum they are refusing. They’ve never released a statement every time I’ve asked for my account instead they give me answers like don’t be angry because you’re losing money. treatments getting worse actually from the customer service team and they won’t actually answer questions now anymore apparently the Manager’s been off and busy for the last eight months every single day I ask for help no one wants to help me.

Okay, so what you need is to downgrade your VIP and statements, but specifically about what? Do you want to do all this just because there aren’t any extra perks at the higher level? And what exactly will downgrading your VIP level help with? I don’t really get the point, so I’d rather ask. 

As for whether it’s possible, I’d say yes, why not? But I don’t think I’ve ever seen a request like this before and how casino handles situations like this.

Because there’s actually no perks and to be honest I’m being very straight I’m definitely not one to get mad about this I’ve had all my bonuses have declined with win overs of x6 when it was x3 before you may withdraw no monthly bonuses are available until you deposit 10k for the month - but my drive to deposit is very slow as I’m not getting bio diamond service they refuse my request to get vip treatment and it’s the same benefits as the lower 5 level’s before- get my drift ? I get ignored for hours with my request on live chat and then get told for the last six months and my IP managers are available. Must be on long service leave. I don’t know.

As I mentioned before, requests like this aren't something we see very often, so it's difficult to say how the casino handles these situations. I don't know whether they would be willing to downgrade your VIP status or simply leave it as it is.

Unfortunately, I don't think this is something we can really intervene in. VIP status and its associated benefits are generally at the casino's discretion, and they can usually change or remove those benefits whenever they decide to do so. Likewise, if they choose not to downgrade your VIP level, it's not something we can require them to do.

At this point, I'm afraid I don't have a specific recommendation beyond continuing to communicate your concerns directly to the casino and seeing whether they're willing to respond.
