Φαίνεται ότι το καζίνο έχει χρεοκοπήσει και πληρώνει όπως θέλει

Hello, does it mean that you have already received one withdrawal and now you are waiting for another one for 10 days? If so, how long has it been since you had the first one? What payment method are you using? Things like that can affect withdrawals too.

Ναι, έλαβα μία, απλώς ως κανονική μεταφορά στον λογαριασμό μου, αλλά τίποτα περισσότερο μετά από αυτό.

Για μένα, το ζήτημα έχει λυθεί. Σε άλλα καζίνο μπορείς επίσης να μεταφέρεις 5.000€ χωρίς τέτοια φασαρία.

Sure, in some casinos you can get bigger amounts without any problems.

Κέρδισα λίγο πάνω από 1000 ευρώ σε rolling slots. Πληρωθήκαν 500 πριν από μια εβδομάδα και τα άλλα 600 αναβάλλονται και η ημερομηνία πληρωμής αλλάζει καθημερινά.

It could be a regular delay, but it is not our place to speculate, and support should provide you with information. As evidenced by this thread, the other player from the same country was also dissatisfied with the withdrawal speed.

Hello everyone,

I recently won 450,000 HUF (1240€)playing with a raw deposit (no bonus). However, I've run into a major issue with my KYC verification. When I registered, my browser's autofill feature accidentally entered the wrong city.

Everything else in my profile is correct, and I even included the correct city within the "address" line itself, which proves it was just a technical error. Despite this, my KYC was in "pending". I have already sent an email to support, but I haven't received a response yet. The Live Chat agents told me they couldn't help, even though it's literally just one word that needs to be updated.

Based on the reviews I've read here and on other sites, I'm getting worried that they will never update my details or let me finish the verification. Even if they do, I'm concerned about how long the withdrawal process will take.. deposited whith Skrill too and intended to withdraw to my Skrill

What do you guys think? Is there any hope of resolving this, or are the negative reviews I've read still reflective of how they operate today? Most of the posts I found are nearly a year old does anyone have more recent experience with their support or verification process?

The feedback i’ve seen so far isn't very encouraging, and I'd love to hear some fresh perspectives.

Thanks for your reply! To answer your question: it's been two business days and they've already fixed the initial error, which I find very encouraging.


I've already submitted all the necessary documents for verification. I hope it won't be a problem that I used virtual cards (Revolut and Skrill) for my deposits, so I don't have physical cards to show. However, I've already sent them screenshots of the virtual cards, transaction history, and my official Revolut bank statements to prove ownership.

In the meantime, my balance has grown to around €1,450. If the site proves to be legit and I get my money, I'll have a positive opinion of them, despite the low weekly withdrawal limit of 200,000 HUF. For now, I can treat it as "passive income".
