I spent a few thousand dollars before I won.

i have all the proof of this and ever since i won they have said to me since the 7th of Feb. it takes upto 72 hours.

I have gambled before I know they do say that but it never does take that long never the less it has not come through yet.

I have also made under $3000 withdrawal.

and another one of $500.

they haven’t given me any update on them.

Hi, congratulations on winning. I see that you are now waiting for your winnings and the casino has given you a timeframe. I would try to wait and be patient because it is quite common that the money does not arrive immediately. We give casinos 14 days to resolve such a process, and I believe that you will receive your money by then. If not, we would try to help. 

It's also good that you have evidence and such, keep it in case it does come to a complaint and then you can forward it to our team. 

For now, though, I don't think there's any need to worry too much.
