I play on rollbit. I’m from Australia and restricted country. Yet they let me complete the kyc and do it. Is this illegal if so am I able to ask for a refund for my deposits ?

I suggest you ask a lawyer for this. If I use a sense of logic, however, I must ask:

Why do you consider asking for a refund? Have you been given the same chance of losing or winning as any other player?

If the answer is yes, then I would say it is not fair to ask for a refund. Because nothing unfair has happened to you.

Ο λογαριασμός μου μπλοκαρίστηκε με τη δήλωση ότι υπήρχαν γεωγραφικά προβλήματα. Είμαι από την Αυστρία και ο λογαριασμός μου έχει επαληθευτεί πλήρως. Τώρα ο λογαριασμός μου είναι αποκλεισμένος παρά το υπόλοιπο... Η ζωντανή συνομιλία δεν μου απαντά. Το ίδιο με το email μου. Μπορώ να δείξω τα πάντα με στιγμιότυπα οθόνης.

False Allegations of Multiple Accounts Preventing Withdrawals

I recently became aware of a concerning issue with Rollbit. After several interactions with their customer support, it became clear that they are falsely accusing users of having multiple accounts. THIS TACTIC seems to be used as a way to prevent users from withdrawing their funds.


Despite providing all necessary information to prove the legitimacy of my account, Rollbit continues to block withdrawals under the unfounded claim that I have multiple accounts linked. This is a clear violation of user rights, and it feels like a deliberate attempt to deny access to funds.


I am deeply frustrated with the lack of transparency and customer support from Rollbit, and I urge others to be cautious when using this platform. If you encounter similar issues, be prepared for a prolonged and unhelpful process.

I'm also having a problem with Rollbit. Same problem with withdrawals. Have they paid anyone?

Hi, it's hard to say. We can only look at the latest posts. Unfortunately, they don't respond to complaints, and I haven't seen anyone get their money back recently.

How long have you been waiting for your money? Did the casino say anything?

My payout status is pending. My account is verified. The chat no longer responds to messages. I sent everything to [email protected]. Just like everyone else, they tried to convince me I had more than one account. I only have one. I've been waiting two days so far.

If they tell you that you have duplicate accounts, maybe it's a way for them to avoid paying you. But if you deny it, then it's your word against theirs. 

And that's why, if they don't pay you, I would definitely try to file a complaint on a website that deals with such cases. You can also do it here, but they probably won't tell us. In any case, it would be good because if the casino didn't resolve your case with us, they would get black points and their safety index would be lowered even further.
