Hello, did you try to ask live chat or support why the money was not credited to your account or is it possible that there was some error ? I think they would be best placed to advise you or investigate with the provider what might have happened.

Can anyone help please I’m being told my proof of age card is not valid id because it dosent have an expiration date even though it says in there id verification that they accept id cards as I have criminal convictions for driving I cannot hold a license or passport wtf am I supposed to do

And have you confronted them with it? Try to ask what other document they would accept if you cannot provide a passport or driving license.🤷♀️

Yep got that one sorted now they want a piece of paper with today's date and Ricky casino written on it every time I answe one of the requirements it's like they just keep making more it doesn't say anything about this on the kyc pages I've had atheist 6 documents approved out of 15 or so I've sent shouldn't that be enough

Well, I'm glad that one thing has been accepted and you will probably have to supply the casino with everything that is needed, because you won't get the money without a successful verification. As for the withdrawal process, I can't comment on it since I don't play in casinos myself, but if you've written here you can go through this thread or user reviews where players have experiences.
