why would they be requesting personal bank info such as account number transit number and institution number? i have requested my payment via e-transfer so they shouldnt be asking for such personal info. the other site i won on and got paid via e-transfer did not ask for this and its Gigadat the same payment company. the refuse to pay unless i send such documents. should i send it or should i call a lawyer?

Hey, I've read what's going on in the casino and I think the problem is in the verification. According to what you write, quite often casinos ask for some bank documents. I'm not sure if I understand everything correctly but the account number is something like IBAN? If so, it's pretty common to see it when you send it to the casino. I've also seen the casino ask for the transaction number from the player and this is probably the first time I've heard that they want the institution number. 

Anyway, you have opened a complaint and I would wait to hear what Tomas tells you and whether he thinks it's all right or not. Based on what he tells you, I would then send the documents to the casino.

I deposited around 1000 euros to this site, played around using sport bets, decided to withdraw. After verification, the site asked for verification, which I have completed, but after that, I received the following email, which is shocking.


Richville Casino's Risk Department has completed a detailed check of your account USERNAME_HERE.
During the check of your game session the following project rules were found to be violated:
9.4 It is forbidden to engage in any Arbitrage Betting and/or Value Betting activities.
9.5 In the event of Arbitrage Betting and/or Value Betting player activity, Richville is entitled to void all bets, withhold and forfeit all money in the player’s account, and terminate the player’s account.
Due to a violation of rules, the amount of your winnings has been canceled and your account USERNAME_HERE was closed without the right to reopen.
The casino is not responsible for opening a new account or for any losses you may incur after opening a new account. 
We reserve the right to terminate an account created in violation of these rules at any time.
This decision is final and cannot be changed.


I do not agree at all with the accusations, because I only played low odds in-play bets, but they actually withholding my deposited funds is shocking. I have sent them an email about the case, if the deposit amount atleast can be given back to me, but I have not received a response yet.

The same they did to me, they have disabled my account and stole my deposit plus winnings. Casinoguru must reduce the rating under 2 points.

Actually, i started playing here after considering the good rating of the casino on several platforms and as usual after requesting withdrawal they requested the verification and all of a sudden they closed my acct. the operator on live chat advised me to contact support via email and after doing so they sent an email that they will give me only 100 euro although i requestwd 131€ and also i have still around 350€ in my gaming acct. There were no clear reason BUT they said that they have simply the right to close any acct. and withheld the funds, typical scamming platform, therefore i would like casinoguru to reduce the rating in order to protect other customers from getting scammed..!

Please know that we don't include the sports section in the safety index of any online casino on our website, as we don't have a department dealing with sports. Therefore, it is impossible to reduce the rating either.

Did you get the money they said they were going to pay, though?

Καλημέρα, έπαιξα Richville και κέρδισα 850€. Δεν μπορώ να κάνω ανάληψη με όλα τα έγγραφα που έχουν σταλεί. Στέλνουν συνεχώς το ίδιο email για να στείλουν έγγραφα για να επαληθεύσουν τον λογαριασμό.
