Hi, I have had issues with my withdrawals from Richard casino.

i have touched base with the casino many times and have had my withdrawal approved although nothing has come through?

. I feel like I am being scammed.

I had to submit pdf bank statement to prove I hadn’t been paid out the winnings. And then once I did that the money returned into my casino account. I then withdrew again and now same thing? It’s taking forever.

Hi, what happened in the casino when you told the others not to play here ? Could you describe the situation a little more please ? 

Was my preferred casino, have deposited a fair bit in the last couple of years, but can someone tell me that a word like "Gift" written on Wheel of Fortune chance game Would only be rightly assumed by the winner that the gift would obtain a valid playable prize would it not?

The wheel is dual coloured mostly made up of red bonus tiles including 1 "No Win" space and theres one in amongst the mix thats green. Its the only one that is green, further more the tile is labeled "Secret Gift". It would be fair to rightly assume this win on the wheel when you land on its all important glory that you would definitely be recieving something special in form of playable bonus spins or chips no matter what right? Not only that, when you do land on it the prompt box states You've Won Secret Gift, Contact support for further information" so naturally this would be quite a thrilling experience you've won the item that stands out on the board that you immediately contact support only to be told (and mind you it took a long time for the rep to return) unfortunately you spun Nothing?!?

Like are you serious? This is really the biggest kick in the guts, even more then my refused $39k from another casino for "unknown reasons". You can't have that option on a chance game with those particular words, then make the player reach out to support (initially interrupting their play time) only to told your VERY SPECIAL SECRET GIFT is absolutely nothing at all!?! Cum on!

This has to be compensated surely? It's inherent already they've allocated a "No Win" space so you'd think and rightly assume that a "SECRET GIFT" could potentially contain a special award or what ever the case but certainly not nothing at all.

I'm more peeved at this nonsense right here then being denyed $39k for "unknown reasons". Something so mysterious that sets apart as an option for a depositing player to have a chance at landing there spin on keeps players depositing their money, because we all want to know wtf is behind that tile!? Chance of landing on it would be slim, and I've used this wheel nearly every single time ive deposited and finally I landed on **** The ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BONUS SPECTACULAR! bravo!

Hi, after reading this I was wondering if you have some screenshots and if you would like to open a complaint. If you didn't get anything and you should have, then it seems pretty unfair to me. 

Also, as for the money you didn't withdraw for unknown reasons, the casino didn't explain to you why that happened ? This is also another factor why I would definitely try to file a complaint, because it is not fair in my opinion. 

What do you think, though, are you going to go ahead and try it ?

This casino took 9800 off my winnings and made all kinds of excuses to as why they did it. I couldn't win with them. Believe me they're probably going to reply here and say the same thing sorry blah blah we tool your money because you won too much so we had to find an excuse to "legitamently" take it. Hello, I read about your problem and I saw that you have an open complaint for some time. It's quite sad that it's been dragging on for quite a long time and not much has been resolved yet. 

But I very much hope that with Adam's help everything will be resolved fairly and turn out well. 

Let's see if the discrepancies are corrected and in the end you will be able to say that it was a positive thing.

That really means alot. You know I'm spent so much time getting through to them because I've read their terms and conditions probably 30 times. At first I blamed myself for activating the bonus. Its my fault i didnt read the print. Wheb i read it none of it applied to me. Winni ngs were not from a bonus. When they took the first 5000. I got so angry I was like f this I'm winning it back. I made big bets with baccarat I almost lost everything got back up to 9000. Went to withdraw 4000. Same thing happens they tell me I'm playing with bonus funds they take the 4000. If I had bonus money it would be impossible to bet 1.5k hands on the table.Funny thing is the bonus says "award" cash bonus, so far from that. Now they've disabled my account because I put this dispute in I ask them what's the reason for this and I get the same answer, administration decision to close your account. What kind of answer is that?

The casino makes a bit of a mess of it, because even Adam doesn't really understand what bonus you have used or what the casino is talking about. The best thing to do is to wait and hopefully everything will be cleared up and the casino will be able to resolve the situation fairly and provide Adam with everything he needs.

The fact that they have closed your account for the time being is probably a good thing, because at least this way you won't continue to play and further problems won't arise and the whole situation will be hopefully resolved.

Alot of people either do not know that funds can be recovered so admit defeat, but i promise you casino guru will get the job done i trust their work 100% i was skeptical, i was one of those people.
