I deposited €25 and then when this was loaded, all of the games changed and became restricted. I am a UK player. There was only one game I could access and it had a very low payout. 

I complained because I just wanted my money back. I was then told that to access all games I should just use a VPN and pretend to be in Norway, I was given links for a VPN. 

I asked if this would affect terms and conditions because I would be using my UK address for my personal details and then if I won uing a restricted game would it affect the payout. They have advised no. Anyone can use a VPN and this won't affect the payout or terms and conditions. 

They have advised this is completely legal and recommended to protect personal details.

I haven't recieved a refund and they are award I am leaving this review. 

They do not advertise this but they basically encourage people to use VPNs. I just want to make people aware.

There are two types of casinos and their approaches towards this matter.

There are casinos that will simply block anyone coming from the UK, because they don't have a license in the UK. Then there are casinos that simply don't care about having or not having the license, but since their website or games can be blocked by the local internet providers, they advise to use VPN.

I don't want to judge them. It's their decision. I just advise to all players to take screenshots of the conversation with the customer support. Especially the part when they say that using VPN is fine. Because there are casinos that would actually void your winnings for using VPN.
